GRADING
What can only de described as a mine field as one persons "Extremely Fine" is another's "Fine". But like everything it boils down to common sense. So here goes.
FDC:-Fleur-de-coin, 100% perfect as it left the mint.
UNC:-Mint with no signs of circulation or wear. May have "bag marks" through contact with other coins during production/bagging.
EF:-Extremely fine with little signs of circulation. Slight wear with nominal scratching.
VF:-Very fine, limited circulation, showing some wear with good visible detail.
Fine:-Showing considerable circulation with wear. Some detail still visible.
Fair:-Heavily worn, readable legend and identifiable.
Poor:-Unidentifiable due to heavy wear, but may have the odd visible feature.
